RDR, Inc. seeks a JSOC Academic Instructor and Course Facilitator at Fort Bragg, NC.

You will educate, coordinate, and develop lesson plans and curriculum covering Joint SOF academic support for the J7 Staff Development Division, and deliver training to GCCs, TSOCs, and DOD, Interagency and Service academic institutions via Mobile Training Teams. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree with military experience or an equivalent, with strong public speaking skills and the ability to teach

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with related military experience or 15 years equivalent experience
• Academic/Instructor experience, military or civilian, with instructor certifications is highly desired
• Solid understanding of National/USSOCOM policies and Joint SOF doctrine

Responsabilités

• Educates, coordinates, and develops lesson plans and curriculum across Joint SOF academic support for the J7 Staff Development Division
• Develops, coordinates and delivers training to GCCs and TSOCs and DOD, Interagency, and Service academic institutions via Mobile Training Teams
• Possesses the ability to instruct/facilitate multi-service DOD, Interagency, and International student courses
• Briefs senior military and Government leaders as needed
• Maintains currency with operational plans and Joint Operational Planning and Execution System (JOPES)
