Job summary

Bowhead seeks a Journeyman Security Specialist with SAP and STO experience to support JWAC Security Support Services at NS Norfolk South Potomac, Dahlgren, VA. Responsibilities include processing PARs, maintaining security programs, and delivering briefings in support of JWAC missions.

Requirements include an Associate degree or equivalent, five years of SAP/STO security experience, and proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat. Top Secret clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience accepted.
• 至少5+ years experience with SAP/STO security (if not, equivalent years accepted).
• Proficient with MS Office suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel; Adobe Acrobat for PDFs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and review PARs in JADE for accuracy and eligibility.
• Resolve classification and declassification issues.
• Manage SAP self-reporting forms and monitor DISS status and incidents.
• Advise personnel on SAP/STO information security requirements and procedures.
• Coordinate access requests, visits, badge requests, and security clearances.
• Conduct briefings and training on security policies and threat awareness.
• Assist in maintaining JWAC SAP security programs per DoD/USSTRATCOM directives.
• Process and review security paperwork; update PDAS billets and quota data.
• Perform security inspections, identify issues, and propose remedies.
