Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to join a fast-paced intel analysis program supporting a federal agency involved in watchlisting and screening. The role requires embedded and multi-source analysis to integrate national-level products and databases, and interaction with government leadership to develop finished intelligence products.

Qualifications

• The ability to learn the range of pertinent laws, regulations, policies, and precedents which affect the program.
• Effective problem-solving, analytic, written and oral communication skills.
• Capacity to work as part of a team to provide multi-faceted intelligence products and support to operational units and Intelligence Community components.
• Knowledge with Microsoft Outlook applications.
• Ability to work with and engage the customer daily.
• Active Top Secret clearance and eligible for a CI Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Apply complex direction, including standard operating procedures and operations manuals documentation as well as appropriate oral and written guidance received.
• Communicates clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, to advise and guide executive management on various issues and prepare reports, briefings, and graphs.
• Conduct research and analysis of data, information, and intelligence to produce finished all-source intelligence products and briefings for tactical and strategic customers.
• Provide daily feedback to the team lead.
