Job summary

Connected Logistics is seeking an experienced EDI/XML SME to support IOEE/IOSEE systems, with travel to DLA sites within a 50-mile radius of designated locations. This role requires strong program management and security engineering expertise, including DoD PM practices and MS Project usage.

The position is contingent upon contract award with an anticipated start date of 11/1/2026, offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems/Technology.
• 10 years of IT/logistics project or program management experience, specifically in EDI/XML, with supervisory experience.
• Experience in DoW project management.
• Experience using MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support, analysis, and research for highly complex technical issues with minimal direction.
• Serve as a technical expert on executive-level project teams, offering direction and solutions.
• Apply independent judgment and strong written and verbal communication to support program objectives.
• Guide successful completion of major programs using extensive technical expertise across related disciplines.
• Develop creative and practical technical solutions to complex problems requiring sound decision-making.
• Exercise broad latitude in determining technical objectives and may lead projects.
• Provide expertise in IT areas such as systems architecture, telecom design, systems integration, software development methodologies, security engineering, and network management.
