Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a highly experienced cyber/anti tamper threat and design modeling leader. The NG Fellow 1 will provide technical leadership across multiple programs, leverage MBSE and digital engineering to advance cybersecurity and anti tamper capabilities, and collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and strategy teams across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, and/or PhD in a STEM related field (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity).
• Deep technical expertise in cybersecurity and/or anti tamper for complex systems, including threat modeling and design of protections at the system level.
• Experience applying MBSE or digital engineering approaches to represent system architectures, interfaces, requirements, and behaviors.
• Experience defining and flowing down cybersecurity/anti tamper requirements to subsystem levels.
• Experience developing and deploying security analysis methods within digital models across programs.

Responsibilities

• Set the standards for modeling cybersecurity and anti tamper vulnerabilities in the digital engineering ecosystem.
• Define and institutionalize methods to model system interfaces with multi-level security considerations.
• Define system level cybersecurity and anti tamper requirements and decompose them to subsystems.
• Define sector wide standards and best practices for cybersecurity/anti tamper in digital engineering ecosystems.
