Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Cleared Security Officer (Top Secret Clearance Required) to protect personnel and information at a client site in a full-time role in El Segundo, CA. The position includes specialized training, high standards of professionalism, and opportunities for growth within a leading security services provider.

The role requires DoD clearance eligibility, a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years of verifiable experience), and strong communication and customer service

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Must possess a DoD position-appropriate security clearance.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Must have one or more of: minimum 3 years security experience on a DoD-cleared site or prior military experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality security services, safeguarding personnel, property, and information with professionalism.
• Conduct patrols within and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or vehicle.
• Greet guests and escort visitors and contractors to secure entry and exit points.
• Follow site-specific manuals and post orders; report safety concerns and security breaches.
• Respond to and assess security alarms or emergencies; act as first responder.
