Job summary

Vosper Thornycroft Group in Patuxent River, MD is seeking a NALCOMIS Database Administrator to maintain the Maintenance Activities databases in support of the PMA-274 Presidential Helicopter program. You will monitor NTCSS, manage jobs, ensure security, generate and interpret reports, and maintain logs and records for aircraft, engines, and components.

This role requires US citizenship and eligibility for Top Secret clearance, with Navy/DoD maintenance systems experience; candidate should have

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Management or Business discipline; substitutions allowed.
• Five years Navy/Marine/Coast Guard CNAFINST 4790.2 experience as a DBA/A.
• Experience with IPT/ITT teams preferred.
• U.S. citizen; Top Secret clearance eligibility required.
• Experience within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain NALCOMIS databases and NTCS
• Monitor server processes, schedules, and job queues
• Add, edit, and delete predefined jobs in the system
• Maintain security and advise on CNAFINST 4790.2 procedures
• Produce, analyze, and validate maintenance data reports
• Maintain aircraft, engine and component logs and records
• Process readiness documents and verify aircraft utilization reports
• Comply with NV directions and applicable standards
