Job summary

Precision Solutions, Inc. is looking for a VTC/AV Installer in Springfield, VA. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in installing AV/VTC systems and will handle cabling and hardware maintenance. Responsibilities include following schematics for system installations and ensuring effective communication through all stages of the project. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience installing AV and/or VTC systems.
• Proficiency in handling, installing, and testing fiber-optic and copper cabling systems.
• Experience in installing various types of cable tray, PDS, and EMT conduit up to four (4) inches.

Responsibilities

• Follow schematics for the installation of VTC/AV systems.
• Interpret installation drawings and design packages, applying that knowledge to cabling installation.
• Promote a safe work environment and implement safe work practices.
• Handle and install LC, MTRJ, and SC connector termination.
• Test fiber-optic and copper cabling systems for accuracy and reliability.
