Qualifications

• Diagnose, repair, and calibrate commercial HVACR systems.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication with customers and support staff.
• Keep the service van stocked and tools sharp.
• Deliver quality service and integrity daily.
• Be available for nights, weekends, and on-call emergencies.
• Invest in skills through training and certifications.
• Able to pass a background check and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
