Job summary

Kendall Ford Lincoln of Anchorage is seeking experienced Automotive Line Technicians to join a busy, state-of-the-art shop. The role requires 3–5 years of dealership or high-volume shop experience, with Ford experience strongly preferred. ASE certification is a plus, and a valid license is required.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and calibrating vehicles, documenting work, and safely road-testing after service. Competitive pay, bonuses, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of automotive technician or mechanical experience in a dealership or high-volume shop.
• Ford experience strongly preferred.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Able to operate a wide variety of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and identify repairs on various vehicles.
• Perform adjustments, calibrations, and fluid replenishment.
• Disassemble/reassemble components and replace parts as needed.
• Road test vehicles to ensure quality of work and issue resolution.
• Document all work hours per manufacturer and Kendall policies.
