Christian Brothers Automotive in Spring Hill, TN is seeking energetic automotive technicians/mechanics with a positive attitude. This full-time role offers up to $50/hour for the most skilled technicians, plus paid vacation/holidays and comprehensive benefits.

You will diagnose, repair and inspect vehicles across domestic and foreign makes, working with a team to ensure safety, quality and guest satisfaction. Ongoing training paths support career growth.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and service mindset
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication
• A desire for long-term career development

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests
• Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete full, accurate courtesy vehicle inspections
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly
• Follow and promote high safety, cleanliness, and organization standards
• Communicate concerns effectively with the service department
• Collaborate with others to meet deadlines and deliver results
