Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in people’s lives.

You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, perform light housekeeping and meal preparation, and follow the care plans established by nursing staff. Strong communication and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid New Jersey CHHA license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Compassionate, reliable and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
