You must communicate effectively, provide excellent customer service, and maintain retention. A competitive sales drive and self-motivation are essential to meet goals and earn substantial compensation through base pay plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred and target-driven.
• Qualified in Property & Casualty, Personal Lines and Life licenses.
• Strong computer usage and organizational skills.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
