Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfort with climbing, crawling, and working in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Build trust by explaining findings and recommending treatment options.
• Close sales by highlighting value and long-term benefits of Orkin’s services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation with iPad.
• Work independently and maximize self-generated leads.
