Southeast Clips is hiring hair stylists for full- or part-time positions at our high-volume salon. We offer a competitive compensation model that includes base pay, product commissions, productivity bonuses, and tips, with a stated target average hourly wage around $31.26 and a guaranteed minimum not to fall below $20 per hour total.

A $300 signing bonus and comprehensive ongoing training are provided. We provide flexible hours, a growing client base, and opportunities to advance as you refine

Qualifications

• Must have a valid barber or cosmetology license.
• Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers is helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset and a good eye for design.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with clients on stylistic options for their hair.
• Listening to clients' needs to determine their preferences.
• Describe different hair care products and their benefits.
