Job summary

Force1One is seeking a proactive merchandising specialist to improve the consumer buying experience by executing top-tier merchandising at assigned stores within their territory. The ideal candidate will have strong retail merchandising experience, be a self-starter, quick learner, and detail-oriented while working independently.

The role offers flexible, part-time schedules, paid travel reimbursement where eligible, convenient online and mobile reporting, direct deposit, and strong team

Qualifications

• Previous retail merchandising experience required.
• Self-starter who can work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable in changing environments and schedules.
• Able to meet physical requirements: standing/walking 3–8 hrs, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute all pack-outs in assigned territory per schedule.
• Set shelves, end caps and displays per planogram (POG).
• Ensure sections are properly tagged and organized.
• Pack out backstock from backroom and remove non-planogram items.
• Complete required reporting and upload photos.
• Report stock levels, out-of-stocks, and competitive threats to management.

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous retail merchandising experience
• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
• Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:
  • Standing and walking 3-8hrs
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Possesses excellent organizational skills
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute all pack-outs in assigned territory per required schedule.
• Set all shelves, end caps and displays, to provided planogram (POG).
• Ensure sections are properly tagged.
• Pack out any backstock from the backroom.
• Remove non-planogram items and place them in designated area.
• Accurately complete all required reporting and upload completion photos.
• Report observations regularly to management regarding stock level, out-of-stock situations, and competitive threats.
