Job summary
Neff's Diesel Repair & Performance, LLC is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join a family-owned shop in Elko, Nevada. You will diagnose, repair, and complete quality work on domestic, Asian, and light-duty vehicles with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, a climate-controlled shop, and a clear path to earn well through flat-rate hours. ASE certifications are valued and health insurance, paid holidays, and PTO are available.

- Perform accurate inspections and digital vehicle inspections.
- Identify primary safety concerns.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems.
- Build complete repair recommendations with labor and parts.
