UCB is seeking a Tools & Standards Lead for the Biometrics & Data Science team, based in Raleigh, NC. You will own the Statistical Computing Environment, setting vision, governance, and adoption across regulatory-compliant analytics.

The Statistical Computing Environment (SCE) Lead (Tools & Standards Lead) is accountable for the strategy, governance, compliance, adoption, and continuous evolution of the organization's Statistical Computing Environment. The role ensures the platform provides a validated, scalable, secure, and innovative environment that enables efficient evidence generation, regulatory compliance, and modern analytics across clinical development.
You will report into the Head of Programming, Visualization & Reporting or another Senior Technical leader.

This position's reasonably anticipated salary range is 148,000k-194,300k per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
