Job summary

PaulB is hiring Sales & Service associates to provide product knowledge on DeWalt, Makita, Milwaukee, Festool, and Honda, delivering high-quality customer service and a positive shopping experience.

We offer a full-time schedule with a 5-day work week, one evening shift per week, every-other Saturday, and closed Sundays, plus extensive benefits and on-job training.

Qualifications

• Industry-related experience in sales or trades.
• Positive attitude and pleasant personality.
• Familiar with basic computer applications.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product knowledge on DeWalt, Makita, Milwaukee, Festool and Honda.
• Provide high-quality customer service and a positive shopping experience.
• Support displays and maintain order in the store.
• Process transactions and help with product recommendations.
