Job summary

You will coordinate with engineering, IT, and procurement to ensure tools meet performance, security, and cost goals while maintaining thorough documentation and end-user support.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's or tools management cert a plus.
• 3–5 years in tools management, engineering, or IT support within technical/manufacturing settings.
• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAx tools and ERP/PLM systems; adept at troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Tool selection and evaluation aligned with design, simulation, testing needs.
• Lead implementation and integration of new tools with existing workflows.
• Maintain and support tools, troubleshoot issues, provide end-user training.
• Monitor tool performance, optimize configurations, and upgrade as needed.
• Document configurations, usage guidelines, and generate tool ROI reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and procurement to meet business needs.
