Job summary

AptarGroup, Inc. in Mukwonago, WI is seeking a mold maintenance technician for a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. This full-time role offers a retention bonus up to $5,000 and benefits.

You will perform mold disassembly/assembly, simple machining, cleaning of mold vaults, and preventive maintenance in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma/GED is required.
• Mechanical and Math ability demonstrated by a test.

Responsibilities

• Disassembly of molds, cleaning of mold components and reassembly of molds with some direction from tool maker.
• Simple machining (as individual capabilities allow). Cleaning and straightening of mold vault.
• Cleaning and changing washer unit and coolant tanks.
• Perform preventative maintenance of molding rooms.
• Perform pin changes and complex conversions in multi-cavity tooling. Both in the press and in the Tool Room.
• Participate in a machine maintenance program and do general housekeeping.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting of Hot Runners and Hot Runner controllers.
• Hydraulic Cylinder Maintenance and Repair.
• All other duties as assigned.

Schedule Description

The 2-2-3 Schedule lets you work approximately half the year while being full-time with benefits!

Interview Information

When: Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 am - 11:30 am

Where: Aptar Mukwonago: 711 Fox Street, Mukwonago, WI 53149

Please, park in the visitor's parking lot located off Fox Street. Follow the sidewalk along the front of the building to our main entrance where you will be asked to check-in with our receptionist.

You will need to present valid ID.

Who We are Looking For

Education
