Job summary

InProduction is seeking a Toolroom Team Member in Landrum, SC to manage tools, inventory, and supplies in the warehouse. You will issue and track items, maintain records, stock inventory, and ensure safety standards are met to support production operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1+ years in inventory/toolroom/warehouse, and strong organizational skills. This role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years previous experience in inventory control, toolroom operations, warehouse operations, preferred.
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, hardware, and industrial supplies.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Issue, receive, and track tools, hardware, and consumable supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine cycle counts.
• Stock and replenish toolroom inventory to ensure availability of essential items.
• Inspect tools and equipment for wear, damage, or missing components.
• Coordinate tool repairs, calibration, and replacement as needed.
• Organize and maintain tool storage areas for easy identification and access.
• Process requests for tools, hardware, and supplies from employees and departments.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate purchasing needs to management.
• Receive and verify incoming tool and hardware shipments.
• Keep the toolroom clean, orderly, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control and tool management.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
