Overview

Support cold heading production by manufacturing, modifying, and maintaining tooling with tight OD/ID tolerances. Collaborate with operators and engineers to keep lines running flawlessly.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and replace cold heading tooling
• Build setup kits for new jobs; maintain tooling data/logs
• Read blueprints; measure with micrometers, calipers, indicators, and comparators
• Hold tolerances down to the thousandths
