Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a Tooling Tech to maintain and improve mold tooling in our manufacturing area. The role includes PM, tool breakdowns, cleaning, and reassembly of injection molding tools, plus safe handling and storage of tooling.

You will follow safety procedures including LOTO and be part of a team focused on tool reliability, safety, and efficiency in daily operations across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) in the tool room.
• Break down, clean, repair, and reassemble injection molding tools.
• Maintain and use blue wave to clean tools.
• Evaluate and replace damaged tooling.
• Store tools and tooling in the storage racks.
• Conduct safety inspections of equipment and tooling prior to use.
• Perform all activities safely, including LOTO as required by company policy.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
