Trispoke Managed Services Pvt. Ltd. in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking an Engineer Tool 2 to support tooling integration for a Fortune 500 Aero Defense company.

The role focuses on design, development, procurement, fabrication, and sustainment of production tooling to meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives. The candidate will release drawings, support tool prove-out, and coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers while driving continuous improvement and standard work on the shop

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with applicable experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings/specifications.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and tooling development.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage priorities to meet schedule commitments.

Responsabilidades

• Designs industrial machinery and tooling for production or experimental use, considering accessibility, economy, mobility, and performance requirements.
• Releases drawings/requirements and supports tool build and prove-out.
• Coordinates with Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers; troubleshoots tooling issues on the shop floor.
• Drives continuous improvement and standard work in tooling processes.

Support a Fortune 500 Aero Defense company as a Tooling Engineer.

Looking for an Engineer Tool 2 to support our Tool Integration & Offload department. This position will be served on-site at Saint Augustine, Fl.

This role supports the design, development, procurement, fabrication, and sustainment of manufacturing tooling and equipment to meet production, quality, cost, and schedule objectives. Responsibilities typically include developing tool concepts and detailed designs, releasing drawings/requirements, supporting tool build and prove-out, coordinating with Manufacturing / Quality / Suppliers, troubleshooting tooling issues on the shop floor, and driving continuous improvement and standard work.

Responsibilities

• Designs industrial machinery and equipment, tools, dies, gauges, jigs, fixtures, and machine attachments required for production or experimental use, considering such factors as accessibility, economy, mobility, and performance requirements.

Basic Qualifications for Engineer Tool 2

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (or related discipline) with applicable experience; ability to interpret engineering drawings/specifications; experience with manufacturing processes and tooling development; ability to work cross-functionally and manage priorities to meet schedule commitments.

Preferred Qualifications for Engineer Tool 2

• Experience with CAD and drawing release practices; experience supporting production operations; experience with tool prove-out, root cause/corrective action, and continuous improvement.
