Job summary

Insight Global is supporting a large Aerospace customer in their urgent search for a skilled Tooling Design engineer. The role will be responsible for day-to-day tooling design and development support for production tooling aids.

The focus is on designing and developing tools, tooling gauges, and tooling production aids to support new and existing production processes. The ideal candidate holds a STEM degree and has extensive experience in tooling design and CAD/PLM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM program.
• 10+ years of tooling design experience.
• 10+ years of experience using 3D modeling CAD software.
• 10+ years of experience using PLM software.
• Strong understanding of GD&T critical concepts.
• Strong analytical skills using appropriate
