Carrier in Residential furnace factory in Indianapolis seeks a high energy, data driven, result‑oriented Tooling Engineer to facilitate the transformation of our facility to a world class level. The focus will be to reduce equipment downtime and optimize tool’s reliability. The Tooling Engineer will work first shift and longer hours when required. This is an onsite role.

The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Thisposition may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
