Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective cross-functional communication across the organization.
• Punctual in meeting assignments and teamwork driven.
• Advanced Excel abilities including formulas and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Receive communication from customers to resolve issues internally and externally.
• Interact with leadership and operations to manage quality and output.
• Ensure our quality meets customer defined requirements in Product Criteria.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and initiate service when required.
• Support annual physical inventory activities.
• Support EH&S metrics and comply with EH&S programs and policies.
• Coordinate with EH&S and operations to maintain compliance and safety.
• Develop and implement core injection pre-shipment processes.
• Assist Core Die technician in test injection of completed tools.
