Nelson Numeric is seeking a Tooling Crib Coordinator in Minneapolis to support machinists with high-performance tools and precision gages, ensuring aerospace-level tolerances are met.

You will open the shop store, assemble Job Kits, and track high-value assets in CribMaster with exacting accuracy. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in CNC or technical counter roles and are proficient with inventory software.

• 1–3 years in a CNC environment, technical trade, or a high-end auto parts counter role.
• Comfortable with inventory software and digital tracking.
• Able to communicate clearly and support the team.

Step into the heart of our operation—the Tooling & Resource Center and keep production humming. You’ll be the go-to expert who equips machinists with the high‑performance tools and precision gages they rely on to meet aerospace‑level tolerances.

A day in this role

• Open the “shop store” and prep the counter so machinists can quickly grab what they need.
• Assemble Job Kits by reading setup sheets, gathering the correct tooling and gaging, and double‑checking every detail.
• Track high‑value assets in CribMaster with exacting accuracy—know what’s in stock, what’s checked out, and what’s coming back.
• Support the floor by answering spec questions, helping with tool lookups, and keeping the flow moving.
