Job summary

Pratt Industries in Wapak is seeking a qualified tooling coordinator to inspect, stage, and manage cutting dies and printing plates across shifts. You will coordinate with the Tooling Coordinator, document status, and tag items for in-house or outside repair.

The role requires a high school diploma, 6 months in corrugated press/finishing, and ability to read factory masters and a tape measure. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth potential and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred 6 months experience in Press or Finishing Dept in corrugated industry.
• Experience in reading factory masters and following instructions.
• Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and stage tooling and dies per shift to ensure readiness.
• Coordinate with Tooling Coordinator and Superintendent on status and repairs.
• Maintain tooling and plate logs and assign IDs in HRMS.
• Assist with moving tooling and orders for repair or replacement.
