Job summary

Yochana is seeking a motivated Tool Room Attendant to support composites manufacturing operations. The role focuses on tool room inventory, consumables, and assisting technicians in layup, curing, trimming and finishing tasks.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining safety and accurate material control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in composites manufacturing, fabrication, machine shop, or warehouse/tool room preferred.
• Familiarity with composite materials and processes (prepregs, vacuum bagging, curing) preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with inventory tracking and material control.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
• Ability to follow material handling requirements, including shelf life and environmental controls.
• Experience handling chemicals and understanding of basic safety procedures preferred.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage tools, materials, and consumables used in composites manufacturing.
• Support layup, curing, trimming, and finishing operations by ensuring materials and tooling are stocked and available.
• Track inventory, monitor shelf life, and enforce environmental controls.
• Assist technicians and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to safety procedures and handle chemicals according to guidelines.
