Job summary

You will schedule production-driven activities, oversee tooling upkeep, liaise with vendors, monitor service quality, and drive tooling purchases.

The ideal candidate will have strong vendor coordination, Kanban, inventory management, and Excel/ERP/MRP proficiency to support supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with outside vendors to meet timelines.
• Knowledge of Kanban, cycle counting and inventory management.
• Experience generating and monitoring purchase requisitions to streamline supply chain.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP/MRP software for data management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage comprehensive daily and weekly schedules aligned with production needs.
• Oversee maintenance, adjustment, and third-party servicing of tooling equipment.
• Serve as primary point of contact for tooling vendors and external service partners.
• Track vendor efficiency, adherence to schedules, and overall service quality.
• Handle procurement for tooling components, supplies, and professional services.
