Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
• 2 years of related experience.
• Preferred: 4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes specifications, lays out metal stock, sets up and operates machine tools to fabricate and repair dies.
• Studies blueprints, sketches, and models to determine materials and machines required.
• Computes dimensions, plans layout, and determines assembly method and sequence.
• Sets up, programs, and operates CNC and manual machine tools and verifies conformance of machined parts to specs.
