Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Setup and programming experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and edit G-Code.
• Strong understanding of GD&T.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience performing quality inspections and measurements.
• Strong math skills including decimals and fractions.

Responsibilities

• Program and machine precision parts from blueprints and drawings.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC mills, lathes, and grinding machines.
• Verify dimensions, tolerances, and specifications of finished products.
• Align, secure, and adjust tooling and workpieces.
• Complete inspection reports, production documentation, and purchase requisitions.
• Deburr, clean, and maintain parts, equipment, and work areas.
• Communicate customer concerns and production issues as needed.
• Produce high-quality work with minimal scrap and rework.

Experience Requirements
