Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Tool Technician to support daily shop operations, ensuring tools and assets are tracked, maintained, tested, and mobilized to field sites on time. You will work closely with teams to meet project needs and uphold safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of communicating effectively. A forklift certification or the ability to obtain one is required, with opportunities for training and advancement in a collaborative shop

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain forklift certification upon hire.
• Must follow directions and complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills; prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks that support tool and asset usage in the shop.
• Maintain shop, facility, and grounds organization and cleanliness.
• Load, unload, and stage shipments; operate forklift as needed.
• Inspect, test, and maintain tools and equipment; route damaged items for repair or replacement.
• Track calibration and certification dates; ensure compliant equipment is issued.
