Job summary

ClarkDietrich Building Systems is seeking a Tool & Die Technician in Warren, OH to set up dies on presses, perform die maintenance, and support production runs. You will read prints, select materials, and ensure parts meet specifications while maintaining a safe, organized shop environment.

The role demands strong attention to detail, experience with mechanical presses, and the ability to troubleshoot die-related issues during production. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Tool and Die experience is required.
• Ability to read prints and blueprints.
• Mechanical press knowledge required.
• Basic math and fractions to decimals.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up dies on presses and maintain dies.
• Read blueprints and plan fabrication.
• Repair and modify gauges, jigs, dies.
• Inspect finished parts for tolerances.
• Ensure safe operation and PPE compliance.
• Collaborate with team to resolve production issues.
