Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Specialist in Wisconsin to support the manufacturing and testing of tools for the Starlink satellite constellation. The successful candidate will develop manufacturing standards and ensure product quality while solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of experience, and familiarity with CAD software. Responsibilities include overseeing CNC workflows and identifying improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience or relevant degree.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute new product builds from raw materials across all CNC work.
• Develop manufacturing standards for increased consistency.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for yield and cost.
