Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with CNC machining.
• Strong to expert level 3D CAD skills, including advanced surfacing and large assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Develop machining capability in-house for the tool & die team.
• Analyze piece parts and assemblies for DFM.
• Create collaborative business plans with design engineering.
• Work collaboratively with manufacturing and design engineers.
• Implement machining process controls.
• Identify, recommend, and procure machine shop equipment.
• Manage engineering capacity and project plans.
• Research new materials and manufacturing technologies.
