The Tool and Die Manager will oversee tool and die operations, ensuring the design, fabrication, maintenance, and repair of tooling used in manufacturing processes. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in tooling performance, safety, and reliability. Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software is strongly preferred to support design review and development.
Associate degree or technical certification in Tool & Die, Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Technical certification in Tool & Die, Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred in lieu of degree.
