Job summary

Talent Wave Associates is seeking a skilled Tool & Die professional to join the second shift. You will build, repair, and troubleshoot dies, supporting press room operations and tooling changes.

You will read part prints, operate tool room machinery, and interface with customers to resolve issues. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a certified 4-year apprenticeship in Die Making or Tool & Die Making, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good housekeeping standards and support safety programs.
