The Tool & Die Maker is responsible for maintaining production, quality performance levels, and the efficient use of manufacturing equipment in accordance with his/her knowledge and training in conformance with established Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practice.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· High School or GED equivalent required.
· 4 years minimum experience in machine shop role.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Ability to speak, read and write English in order to understand operating and other related procedures.
· Able to communicate goals in an inspirational manner that makes them worthy of pursuit.
· Ability to perform basic arithmetic skills.
· Ability to learn and implement GMP, SOPs and other procedures.
