Job summary

Rayzan InfoTech LLC is seeking an experienced Tool Designer/Mechanical Designer to transform design concepts into finished products within a manufacturing setting. You will collaborate with customers, machinists, fabricators, and designers throughout concept development, design, fabrication, assembly, and final build.

Responsibilities include creating precise tooling and fixtures, developing cost-effective solutions, and producing accurate 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical or tool design experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with SolidWorks preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (GD&T).
• Strong collaboration with shop floor and customers.
• Hands-on mindset and attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Design precision tooling, fixtures, gauges, and custom manufacturing equipment.
• Develop practical, cost-effective solutions to complex manufacturing challenges.
• Create accurate 3D models, assemblies, and detailed engineering drawings.
• Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to ensure design accuracy and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with customers, designers, machinists, and fabricators to bring concepts to life.
• Support projects throughout the complete lifecycle, from initial design and development to final build and implementation.
• Ensure designs meet quality standards, functional requirements, and manufacturing specifications.
