Job summary

Swagelok in Highland Heights, KY is seeking a Tool Crib Operator Level 3 to perform advanced duties, including process changeovers and troubleshooting with minimal guidance. The role supports tool and gage handling and helps maintain inventory accuracy on the shop floor.

You will train new personnel, submit work orders, and participate in continuous improvement activities while coordinating with quality and engineering teams. A high school diploma and manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 18 months manufacturing experience with focus on inventory control or supply chain
• Competent in basic blueprint reading
• Mechanical skills and aptitude
• Knowledge of MRP II principles and/or basic warehouse principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Basic shop math skills
• Capable of balancing workload in a fast-paced environment

• Performs gage searches, trains new personnel and troubleshoots.
• Suggests improvements for tool and gage handling and organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 18 months (about 1 and a half years) manufacturing experience with a focus on inventory control or supply chain
• Competent in basic blueprint reading
• Mechanical skills and aptitude
• Knowledge of MRP II principles and/or knowledge of basic warehouse principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Basic shop math skills
• Capable of balancing workload in a fast-paced environment
