Job summary

Turtle, a long-standing leader in electrical distribution, is seeking a Crib Attendant to maintain and issue tools and supplies on-site at our client location in Ponce, PR. You’ll manage inventory, perform cycle counts, tag and identify tools, and ensure smooth daily operations to support maintenance and production teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with daily operation of supply cribs.
• Professional phone demeanor.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Mechanical or industrial background preferred.
• Able to be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and store incoming tools and equipment.
• Cycle counting.
• Identify tools with tags or marks.
• General housekeeping and inventory management.
• Coordinate customer needs.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives.
• Deliver tools to workers.
• Assist with maintenance scheduling.
• Inspect tools for defects and report wear.
• Maintain stocked vending machines.
