Job summary

Textron in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Tool Crib Attendant to efficiently receive, store, and issue materials and tools in a designated crib within a manufacturing environment. The role requires maintaining accurate disposition records and coordinating requisitions as needed.

The incumbent will identify defective items, arrange for repairs or replacements, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, while keeping the crib neat and organized to support production flow.

Qualifications

• Nine (9) months of related experience.
• ITAR compliance: U.S. person required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and issue materials, parts, assemblies, dies, templates, form blocks, supplies, equipment or tools in the crib.
• Maintain records showing disposition of all items at all times.
• Write requisitions as needed.
• Identify defective or broken tools or equipment and arrange repair or replacement.
• Detect shortages and report to supervision.
• Keep crib neat and orderly.

• Responsible for neat and orderly arrangement of items in crib.
