  • Collect and document field trial data, including MW completed, tool performance, fastener performance, consumable service life, issues, and required follow-up actions.
  • Maintain a weekly log of active field trials and provide regular status reports to the Tool leadership team on progress, performance, findings, and open issues.
  • Serve as a primary technical contact between field teams and the Tool team for active trials and field-related product concerns.
  • Travel to project sites to troubleshoot technical issues involving tools, fasteners, consumables, or installation applications and implement corrective actions when possible.
  • When issues cannot be resolved on site, collect and document the information required for further investigation, including photographs, videos, samples, test data, and field observations.
  • Manage Jira cards associated with product testing, field trials, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain clear communication with field teams, Tool leadership, and supporting teams regarding trial progress, technical findings, product concerns, and required actions.
Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical findings to both field personnel and leadership.
  • Ability to provide hands-on product and application training in a field environment.
  • Ability to work independently in both laboratory and field environments.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
