Job summary

UPS is seeking a Supervisor to oversee Package Handlers in our Tacoma, WA facility. You will train and develop workgroups, uphold safety standards, and drive accuracy, productivity, and customer service.

This leadership role requires strong communication, hands-on coaching, and commitment to continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree or international equivalent is preferred, and lifting up to 70 lbs is required.

The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
