Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Business Manager to lead Tomahawk Production finance. You will guide production contracts for a growing program with 2026 sales > $300M and ~175 FTEs supporting these contracts.

You will manage a remote team of three to four analysts, drive EAC processes, and oversee weekly Booking/Sales/Earnings/Cash commitments with strong proposal experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business management, or equivalent experience with 10+ years or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Program controls experience with data analysis, reporting and/or process improvement.
• EVMS certification or experience with EVMS tools.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Systems / BW Toolset or similar.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word and PowerPoint.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems or sites.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate monthly financial forecast and close process (Rplan).
• Manage EAC and LRE analyses for quarterly estimates.
• Provide financial guidance to Factory Ops, SCM, and PMO.
• Communicate forecast commitments and risks to program leadership.
• Analyze weekly/monthly/quarterly variance to EAC and BSEC.
• Provide cost/schedule/financial analysis using standard tools.
• Review EAC inputs, presentations, and proposals for accuracy.
• Review EVM, funding, and CD-RL status reports.
• Collaborate on Earned Value Management reporting.
