Job summary

Indiana University seeks an experienced operations professional to oversee tolling systems and technology at a toll facility. You will coordinate with Traffic Operations technologies, manage maintenance and compliance, and ensure reliable communications infrastructure are available for critical tolling operations.

The role includes contract administration with an ETC vendor, data-driven process improvement, and stakeholder liaison to resolve citizen concerns and EZ Pass issues, while leading

Qualifications

• Ability to share 24-7 on-call responsibility and to respond to emergencies as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal technical communication with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of 24-7 systems operations and maintenance for transportation systems.
• Understanding of systems engineering processes and maintenance.
• Experience with computer hardware, software, telecommunications and network configuration.

Responsibilities

• Contract Administration and Technology Support: Administer contract with vendor Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) equipment and ensure compliance; coordinate with internal entities; manage toll facility assets inventory.
• Data Analysis and Process Improvement: Develop data trends; plan and implement actions; create business case analyses and presentations; align with regional toll facilities.
• Stakeholder Liaison and Customer Service: Resolve citizen complaints and EZ Pass issues; ensure efficient controls; train staff and meet business needs.
