Job summary

Glory Days Grill in Frederick, MD is seeking a Togo Server to provide warm, hospitable service for to-go orders and dine-in guests. You will guide guests through menus, take accurate orders, and work with teammates to ensure fast, friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Create awesome, memorable experiences for every guest
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Continuously bend, reach, twist and use hands/arms
• Guide guests through menus and demonstrate knowledge of food/bev
• Take accurate orders and collaborate with team to deliver great food
• Provide friendly and attentive service
• Deliver warm, hospitable service while ensuring quality food/beverages
• Assist in keeping a clean, sanitized restaurant environment
• Accurately process orders and assist during dining and takeout
• Answer phones and provide exceptional service when interacting with guests
